The snow remains. The light has come.
I have experienced life's peaks and valleys, and deeply understand how lengthy and wearying the days of hardship can be. This piece draws its inspiration from my personal life journey.
Named Jibai, it originates from a verse written by Su Shi of the Northern Song Dynasty:
相与枕藉乎舟中，不知东方之既白
Xiāng yǔ zhěn jiè hū zhōu zhōng, bù zhī dōng fāng zhī jì bái
Rise and fall is simply part of life's rhythm. As you saunter along the rugged path of trial, you shall eventually meet the break of dawn (Jibai).
Natural Gold Obsidian resembles the heavy, brooding night of life's lowest moments.
